Hi, I’m Edward, and I founded PPIM.

While it’s just me at the moment, this idea has been years in the making, guided by the knowledge and insights of many industry leaders who have generously supported the venture.

In the months ahead, a small and capable team will be brought together to help expand and grow what’s already underway.

    I’ve been working in regulated property investment since 2005.

    I’m a Chartered Surveyor and a RICS Registered Valuer.

    I’ve worked in senior leadership roles with some of the best property investment and property pension management companies in the UK:

    - Head of Investment Finance - Legal & General

    - Head of Valuation and Professional Property Services - Curtis Banks Group

    - Investment Fund Manager - FIM Services (Gresham House)

    - Senior Analyst - AIG Global Real Estate

    I have also worked as a graduate trainee at CBRE and Knight Frank.

    I’ve taught commercial property investment and real estate development finance as an Associate Lecturer at Oxford Brookes University and at Westminster University. I have also been a visiting lecturer at the University of Georgia in the USA.
